You have the right to request deletion of your Bokrez account and all associated personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains how you can submit an account deletion request.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Bokrez account in the email.
  3. Confirm your identity by replying to the confirmation email we will send you.
  4. Your account will be deactivated and all data permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

Data that will be deleted

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Appointment and transaction history
  • Messages and communication within the platform
  • All stored photos and documents

Retention period

After receiving and confirming your request, your account will be deactivated and marked for deletion. All personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Data required for legal compliance (e.g., tax records) may be retained longer in accordance with applicable regulations.

Deletion via the app

If you still have access to your account, you can request deletion directly within the app: Business users → Settings → Account → Danger Zone. Clients → Profile → Settings → Danger Zone.
